Note: You don't necessarily have to understand the Marketing FAQ (or anything about "Marketing") to succeed with JBP/JSS. The minimum you need to do to succeed with JBP/JSS:
1. Join JBP by opening an account;
2. Set up your AlertPay account and fund it, or link your credit card to it;
3. Upgrade in JBP by making your $15 payment;

5. Sponsor downline members (optional);

Q. If I know how to market, why should I take the time and make the effort to promote JBP/JSS rather than other programs?

A. First, because you may be able to earn a great deal with JBP, particularly if you focus on marketing JSS-Tripler. To get an idea of how much you could earn, check out our Blog.

Second, you'll be doing those you sponsor a great favor by getting them into a program that most likely provides them with a better chance of becoming successful online than any other program. JSS-Tripler makes this factor much more pronounced.

Q. If I don't know how to market, why should I learn to market, particularly seeing that I can just buy JSS-Tripler positions?

The key to marketing success is to persuade "Interested Visitors" to visit your JBP referral page. Following are some suggestions for promoting via email:

1. I suggest you format your promotional emails properly (50-60 characters wide).


2. You need a Subject that's likely to attract the recipients' attention. You may want to collect the best headlines you receive from others.


3. You may want to start your email with the strongest reasons why people should join JBP/JSS.


4. For examples of some emails to promote JBP, see WBM Archive.


5. If you've purchased referrals and received some of them, it may be a good idea to use that fact in your marketing. You could also mention how much you've earned, if you're in profit.


6. You may want to collect the best promotional emails you receive and learn from them.


7. Consider what problem(s) JBP/JSS solves for members better than any other program you know of.


8. Realize that with persistence you could have hundreds of people earning you $10 or more each every day -- could be several thousand every month. To achieve that, it will help if you send out the most compelling emails you can devise.


9. You should also email your prospects repeatedly, emphasizing different aspects of the JBP/JSS benefits.

In your marketing campaigns it's very important that you use tracking codes and statistics to discover what works, what doesn't work, and what works best. See the other questions on this FAQ page for instructions on how to use tracking codes and statistics.

Q. I need to make some very fast cash. Can I buy let's say $200 worth of leads and how much would I generate right away. I just can't seem to grasp the process. I am disbled and have problems focusing. But I have a few bucks to see If I can GET SOME FAST CASH to get me started. Do I get notices in my inbox or do I need a junk file?

A. If you buy leads for $200, the chances are that you'll waste your money. Most "leads" for sale are poor quality and often sold multiple times. If you promote to SafeLists, you should use a special email address to receive the huge numbers of emails you'll be getting.

You may want to Google: mlm genealogy lists -- these are lists of people who have participated in MLM programs. You can find articles on the rationale of promoting to MLM Genealogy Lists, rather than business opportunity lists.

Q. I'm looking for leads so I can promote the program. I need to use an online emailer because using my ISP's server will result in disaster. I would need a couple of hundred leads per day. They would have to be deliverable and recent. Can you help?

A. We suggest you learn to do SafeList Marketing instead. Google: safelist rankings. Check out SafelistRankings.com. There are hundreds, possibly over 1,000, safelists. They probably have several million subscribers. Most of the subscribers are almost certainly struggling to make money. You can provide them with a solution.

Be sure to use tracking codes, so you can learn what works, what doesn't work, and what works best.

Google: how to market to safelists. Learn the "dos" and the "don'ts." It's important to realize that people who promote to safelists are taking action to make money. If you can get them to see that it would be worthwhile for them to add your opportunity to their income streams, they may join you.

There are "cedit-based" safelists. They tend to produce better results because members open emails in order to get credits to enable them to send out their own emails.

Q. I've heard that I can use safelists for "Reverse Marketing"; how do I do that?

A. Some years ago, when I was promoting Global Domains International (GDI) heavily, there was a family (husband, wife, and son) who were at or close to the top of the Leaderboard every week. They subscribed to as many safelists as they could. Some of the thousands of emails they received contained the email addresses of the senders. They contacted these people about their opportunities and alsotold them about GDI. This strategy earned them several thousand a week.

JSS-Tripler is particularly suited for Reverse Marketing because you can tell other marketers that they can use JSS-Tripler as an additional way to market their business (once our Traffic Exchange has been implemented).

A. See MiaDavies.com. One of the great things abour the Internet is that you can get great Free Training on just about anything. Of course, the training isn't completely "free," because you may have to invest considerable time and effort to learn and implement it. Also, quality of training varies greatly!

A. We provide a wide range of banners... In your JBP member area, click "Marketing."

Q. What is my referral URL and how do I use it?

A. The basic format of the JustBeenPaid! referral URL is http://www.justbeenpaid.com/?r=username where "username" is your JustBeenPaid! username. For example, if your username is "test", then your referral URL is http://www.justbeenpaid.com/?r=test.

A referral page is the JustBeenPaid! webpage that you use to promote JustBeenPaid!

We will also be providing alternative referral pages. The format of your primary referral URL is described above. The format of all alternative referral URLs will be: http://www.justbeenpaid.com/?r=username&p=ref_page. You will be able to find a list of all alternative referral URLs available to you by logging into the Member Area and selecting "Referral URLs" from the menu.

The format for including a "tracking code" is http://www.justbeenpaid.com/?r=username&c=tracking_code.

Q. What are tracking codes and how do I use them?

A. The tracking code is a 1 to 4 character alphanumeric code, for example: 1, 2, a, b, 01, 0203, aaaa, a1, a712, etc. In the Member Area ("Referral URL"/"Tracking Codes") you can enter a tracking code for each "kind of marketing" you do. For example, suppose you promote JustBeenPaid! on "List XYZ." You could enter "Code: 01 - Name: List XYZ." Your referral URL for this tracking code would be http://www.justbeenpaid.com/?r=ID&c=01. If your JustBeenPaid! ID is 1234, the URL would be http://www.justbeenpaid.com/?r=1234&c=01.

When you send visitors to http://www.justbeenpaid.com/?r=1234&c=01, the results are recorded for tracking code 01. By entering a tracking code for each "kind of marketing" you do, you can see the results of each. This makes TESTING very easy.

Q. Do you provide statistics so I can track the number of visitors to my referral pages?

A.Yes, we do. In fact, the statistics we provide are quite sophisticated when used in combination with tracking codes. The stats page ("Referral URL"/"Statistics")shows you information for each of your referral page / tracking code combinations. (Note that a URL must be accessed at least once before it appears in the list. Information you are provided with: 1) number of times a URL has been accessed, 2) number of members who joined from a URL and 3) the conversion rate (percentage of page accesses that resulted in someone joining).
