Note: You don't necessarily have to understand all of the Payment FAQ to succeed with JBP/JSS. The minimum you need to do to succeed with JBP:
1. Join JBP by opening an account;
2. Set up your AlertPay account and fund it, or link your credit card to it;
3. Upgrade in JBP by making your $15 payment;
4. Enter your AlertPay email address in the JBP Member Area;
5. Sponsor downline members (optional);
6. Study and apply "Upgrade Your Brain" and the "Big Success Breakthrough" -- see "Access Our Products" in your JBP member area;
7. Make JSS-Tripler your primary moneymaker.
8% Withdrawal Fee
All withdrawals from JSS to payment processors are subject to an 8% withdrawal fee. (The "8%" is a variable parameter that may be changed from time to time.) The reasons for this fee are as follows:
- The withdrawal fee helps to pay for the new "$10 free money" feature which enables new JSS-Tripler members to start earning up to 2% per day even before funding their accounts, so they can see how JSS-Tripler works, without risking any money. This makes JSS-Tripler easier to market and earns our members more money.
- When funds are deposited, members are credited with the full amounts and the payment processor's transaction fees are an expense for the company. (On small amounts the payment processor's transaction fees sometimes exceed 25%!) The withdrawal fee helps to offset this expense.
- To prevent members from funding with one processor and then immediately withdrawing to another, causing the company to lose the transaction fees.
- To prevent fraud the company has to monitor withdrawals meticulously. This is a significant expense for the company, but is absolutely necessary to ensure program viability and sustainability. (There are thousands of skilled hackers who work fulltime to defraud programs like ours. Preventing them from defrauding the program is an expense for the company. It's only fair that members help pay for this. Many programs have failed because of such fraud. JBP/JSS won't be one of them!)
- The withdrawal fee offsets part of the cost of providing members with free JSS positions when their JSS-Tripler positions mature.
- The withdrawal fee helps make the program more sustainable and tends to extend the time before the next Restart becomes necessary.

Q. Do I need to open an AlertPay account before I join JustBeenPaid!?
A. You can actually join JBP without having an AlertPay account. However, you'll need a funded AlertPay account (or a credit card linked to your account) to complete the upgrade process. Without an AlertPay account, there will also be no way for you to get paid.
VERY IMPORTANT: Be sure to select "Personal Pro" as your account type when you open an AlertPay account. See the two answers directly above for more information.
(AlertPay is based in Canada. If you send a money order to fund your account, it needs to be an International Money Order. Mail from the USA to Canada requires extra postage.)
If you encounter problems when trying to make the $15 upgrade payment, please Submit a Help Request. You will then be provided with further instructions on how to proceed.
Q. I signed up and upgraded but AlertPay would not let me fund my JSS account, until I upload proof of business. I don't have proof of business and I don't know how to upload it if I did. What should I do?
A. It sounds like you attempted to upgrade your AlertPay account to a Business account. You could reverse that and downgrade to a "Personal Pro" account. Click Here for details on how to do it. You could tell AlertPay that the Business account does not suit your purposes.
Q. With how much money should I fund my AlertPay account before I join JustBeenPaid!?
A. Probably with at least $25. However, you can also simply link a credit card to your AlertPay account. You can also use a credit card with SolidTrustPay.
Q. Is JBP going to use PayPal as another payment processor? I believe PayPal is a good processor because many people that have PayPal accounts.
A. JBP does NOT plan to use PayPal. They may regard JBP as an "MLM program" and freeze our account, if we try to use them.
Q. How much does it cost to join JustBeenPaid! and upgrade?
A. $15.
You may want to make JSS-Tripler your primary moneymaker. The minimum to start with is $10. You can buy up to 500 $10 new JSS-Tripler positions per day.
Q. What about getting a loan to finance my JBP/JSS business?
A. Check out the Tutorial on Microfinancing & Peer-to-Peer Loans.
Q. What's the JBP refund policy?
A. All sales and payments are final. JBP doesn't offer any refunds in respect of the payments of $15 to JBP Admin. The same applies to funding your JSS account.
Q. Are there any additional costs involved with JBP membership?
A. Yes. There are renewal fees. A $15 payment needs to be made every three months. It should be relatively easy for all JBP members to get into profit within 2 months or so. We expect that most members will be able to pay the renewal fees out of profits.
Q. How do I know that my referrals will pay their renewal fees? What does JBP do to get members to renew?
A. JBP sends reminders (several, if necessary) to members to renew, starting 14 days before renewal payments become due. If applicable, when members log into their accounts, they see a reminder that they need to renew. (Note that JBP1 (level 1) is no longer commissionable. JBP2 and JBP3 are commissionable.
If they don't renew on time, their accounts are suspended and they may lose earnings.
To make JSS withdrawals, members will need to keep their JBP renewal payments current.
Also, in order to receive renewal payments from their downline, members must pay their own renewal fee when it is due. This should provide additional incentive for members to keep up with their renewal payments.
Q. Why does JBP have periodic renewal fees?
A. Access to our products is potentially worth many times the quarterly payments. JBP2 and JBP3 are commissionable, earning extra money for our sponsors.
Q. What do I have to do to ensure that I get paid?
A. Nothing. Your JBP2 and JBP3 earnings are automatically credited to your JSS account.
Q. What about withdrawals?
A. You can withdraw a minimum of $20 at any time by submitting a withdrawal request from your JSS account, under "Financial." Note that once the Traffic Exchange has been implemented, you'll need to meet the weekly website visiting requirements in order to withdraw funds.
The basic mechanism for making withdrawals is that before you request them, you need the funds to be withdrawn in your JSS account. So, if you have funds you want to withdraw in your JSS-Tripler, JSS-Warp, or JSS-Booster accounts, you first transfer the funds to your JSS account. The upper limit is determined by how much funds you have available in your JSS account. (AlertPay has an upper limit of $50,000 per transaction -- may change from time to time.)
Generally, withdrawals are paid every 24 hours.
If you submit a withdrawal request and you receive an email about a "POTENTIAL SECURITY PROBLEM," then you need to reply to that email as requested.
Funds deposited need to be used to buy positions. If you fund your JSS account and then attempt to immediately withdraw the funds, your withdrawal may get blocked.
Note: In order to maintain a balance between our available funds in the various payment processors, we have daily limits. We vary these limits periodically to cater for members withdrawing "too much" for any particular processor. There are both overall and individual withdrawal limits for each processor. If you're unable to withdraw to any particular processor, you can always withdraw to one of the others.
