Historical Perspective, Correspondence, and Notes

by Frederick Mann
I've been earning a fulltime online income since 1997. I've been involved with many online moneymaking programs. Here's a partial list of the ones I've been particularly successful with:
- Prosper International Ltd. (1997)
- StockGeneration (1997)
- BIG International (1998)
- Life Club (1999)
- Virtual Beneficiary Trust (1999)
- War Horse Publishing (1999)
- SixFifureIncome (2000)
- Venture New Club (2000)
- Crystal Capstone (2001)
- Free Store Club (2002)
- StockDefenders (2002)
- ComShares (2003)
- MyNewPC (2003)
- Your Money Machine Success System (2003)
- DYMBG (2004)
- Empowerism (2004)
- Reality Millions (2004)
- StudioTraffic (2004)
- 12DailyPro (2005)
- Affiliate Advertising Network (2005)
- BigMoneyPro (2005)
- Global Domains International (2005)
- DesertSky Marketing (2006)
- Prosperity Automated System (2006)
- WeakthTekk (2007)
- Ad-Ventures4U (2008)
- EZ Wealth Solution (2008)
- MegaLido (2008)
- MrsVIP (2008)
- JustBeenPaid!, JSS, JSS-Booster, JSS-Warp (2010)
- JSS-Tripler (2011)
My approach has always been to "go for a killing" -- earn $10,000 or more per program. With the above programs I earned anywhere from a few thousand to of the order of $100,000 per program. (I'm not telling you this to boast, but to indicate that a lot of money can be earned.)
I give the year during which I started online with each program. In some cases, the programs continued paying into the following year, and even longer. Most of the programs are long gone. Some are still running, but ceased to be worthwhile for me to "work." (The above list doesn't include the many more programs I didn't do very well with, or even lost money with.)
During every year since 1997, there's been at least one program I've been able to earn substantial money with. Some of the programs have been (and still are) honest. Some were scams (usually well disguised) from the outset. Some may have started honestly, but later became scams.
An important aspect of my success has been that I had a background as a professional blackjack player. I knew something about money management. I applied these principles:
- You need a bankroll
- Get into programs that "look good" as early as possible.
- Risk no more than 5-10% of your bankroll in any one program (exceptionally, up to 20%, if a program "looks really good").
- From each program, recover your risk capital as soon as convenient; get into "cant-lose" positions with as many programs as possible, as quickly as appropriate.
- Sponsor people to earn referral commissions and increase your earnings.
- Diversify; develop multiple income streams.
- Compound some of your profits to maximize your earnings with the best programs.
- Take as much money as appropriate "off the table" to grow your bankroll.
- Attempt to minimize your losses when it looks like a program is beginning to "go bad."
- In general, operate so your wins are bigger than your losses.
As a professional gambler I knew that I needed to make "advantageous bets" to win. In blackjack you can gain an advantage by counting cards and other metnods based on how the cards are stacked and shuffled in ways that produce non-random distributions. In craps you can gain an advantage by learning to control the dice to a sufficient degree to overcome the "house advantage."
To win, you need a "winning edge" -- see under "Access Our Products" in your JBP member area: The Big Success Breakthrough (particularly the Addendum) -- you need to be an "upgraded JBP Level 1 member" to get access.
Over the years, I invested a great deal of time researching success and failure and what people can do to become more successful. You're very fortunate to be able to get access to the results of my research -- see "Access Our Products" in your JBP member area.
I also studied the reasons why programs fail. In many cases, it's because programs progressively build up more obligations or liabilities, to the point that they can no longer meet their obligations or pay their members enough to remain viable.
In JSS-Warp, JSS-Booster, and JSS there's no ongoing build-up of obligations or liabilities. This is a most important factor in making these programs indefinitely sustainable.
JSS-Tripler is indefinitely sustainable, primarily because of the Restart Feature that makes it possible to convert some or all of the program's liabilities into assets, and secondarily because of other income streams.
JSS-Warp periodically purges and feeds its uncycled positions into JSS-Booster. Whenever you buy a JSS-Warp position, you're effectively buying a position as if it's a new program, just launched.
At the end of every launch, JSS-Booster's uncycled positions are merged into JSS. Every launch gives you opportunities to effectively buy positions "just after launch."
In JSS, there's also no ongoing build-up of obligations or liabilities. There are no promises which can't be kept. The only promise is that if you fill your matrix, you get paid $60. Ultimately, it's up to members to fill their matrixes. This is another most important factor in making JSS indefinitely sustainable.
On 10/15/10 I received an email with the subject: "Profit Sharing Is The Latest Craze - My Assessment Of These Programs." The email's basic advice was to get in early or not at all, to sponsor others to earn referral fees, and to not compound your earnings. The email also said that you shouldn't expect such programs to last more than a few days or a week.
On 10/20/10 I received an email (from the same correspondent) with the subject: "Warning About The Profit Sharing Straight-Line Cyclers." The email basically advised against joining any of the "profit sharing straight-line cyclers being introduced on a daily basis." The email quoted a program owner: "These programs generally last to about 25,000 paid members or about 3 years." The email warned: "[N]othing could be further the truth! Due to extreme market saturation in the straight-line cycler category, I am finding that these programs do not last more than a few days. Most importantly, it is very likely that those who do not refer others (about 95% of the members) will lose their money."
Of the thousands of high-return online programs there have been since 1997 (and the hundreds I personally got involved with), every single one has been unsustainable. It's very likely that all those now running, as well as the new ones being launched, have design flaws that doom them to failure. Very likely, the only sustainable high-return online programs available are JSS-Tripler, JSS-Warp, JSS-Booster, and JSS!
For a while I thought that WBwso -- a program that takes investor money to supposedly buy cheap websites, enhance them, sell them at a profit, and share the profits with members -- might be a sustainable high-return program. Fortunately, on 9/17/2010 they closed to new members and I couldn't get in. On 10/19/10, I received a "SCAM ALERT" about WBwso, claiming that the program was paying only small amounts and not responsding to support requests.
You may be very fortunate to have the opportunity to take advantage of, and benefit from, the first high-return online programs that are indefinitely sustainable: JSS-Tripler, JSS-Warp, JSS-Booster, and JSS!
Around 2004, I started thinking about designing my own high-return program. Over the years, I came up with several designs. I even paid tens of thousands to programmers. But in most cases I pulled the plug on my programs before launch because I realized they had design flaws that prevented them from being indefinitely sustainable...
Then, in June, 2010, I stumbled on the "big breakthrough" which has now become JBP's JSS, JSS-Booster, JSS-Warp, and JSS-Tripler. It was only after analyzing my designs that I recognized its power and how it can make a high-return program indefinitely sustainable...
For some details of the "big breakthrough," check out this This Referral Page, particularly "DAMM" (Double Asset Money Multiplier)."

Q. Now that JSS-Tripler is running successfully -- and is very popular -- why should I bother with JSS-Warp?
A. You can simply ignore JSS-Warp. However, you can potentially earn more quickly with JSS-Warp. You can also use JSS-Warp as a learning experience to improve your money-handling skills. In addition, there's some important marketing information in this FAQ.
Q. What is JSS-Warp?
A. JSS-Warp is basically a Traffic-Exchange Program that grows your money by 25%. You buy $40 positions that pay out $50 when they cycle.
Q. When did JSS-Warp launch?
A. Around October, 2010.
Q. Where can I sign up for JSS-Warp?
A. JSS-Warp is part of JBP. There's no separate signup. Just sign up for JBP, if you haven't joined yet. Click the "JSS" link in your JBP member area.
Q. How is JSS-Warp related to JSS and JSS-Booster?
A. JSS-Booster is a short-term program that is relaunched every week or so. It enables members to quickly double their money and multiply it further. During every JSS-Booster launch, uncycled JSS-Warp positions are purged from JSS-Warp and fed into JSS-Booster. This provides a "big stimulus" to JSS-Booster, causing considerable cycling and earning. (When your uncycled JSS-Warp positions are fed into JSS-Booster, they receive 2 free placements each. And, if the JSS-Warp positions don't cyle in JSS-Booster, such positions together with their placements are merged into JSS.)
In a similar way, about 3 days after each JSS-Booster launch, JSS-Booster is shut down and its uncycled positions are merged into JSS. This mechanism provides a growth spurt to JSS, causing considerable cycling and earning.
Q. What are the most important differences between JSS-Warp and JSS-Booster?
A. In JSS-Booster, a 2x2 matrix (2 on your first level and 4 on your second) need to be filled in order for your position to cycle and pay you. In JSS-Warp, every 3 positions bought cause 2 positions to cycle and get paid. So in JSS-Warp, most members see most of their positions cycle and pay quickly. In JSS-Booster, it takes considerably longer for most members to see fewer of their positions cycle and pay.
In JSS-Warp, when your position cycles, you get paid 125% for a profit of 25%. In JSS-Booster, when your position cycles, you get paid 200% or more for a profit of 100% or more. The much lower payout in JSS-Warp makes it possible to cycle a higher percentage of positions more quickly, compared to JSS-Booster.
So the "instant-gratification factor" is much higher in JSS-Warp than in JSS-Booster.
JSS-Warp is an ongoing program -- you can buy positions at any time and earn. JSS-Booster is periodically launched, shut down, and relaunched.
JSS-Booster pays referral bonuses of $5 on the first level and $2.50 on the second when your referrals' positions and referrals' referrals' positions cycle. JSS-Warp pays no referral bonuses in order to maximize member earnings. (However, see explanation below of how you benefit and earn by sponsoring people into JSS-Warp.)
Q. What makes JSS-Warp so special?
A. JSS-Warp provides the following main benefits:
- Quickly Grow Your Money by 25%! -- from $40 to $50 per position!
- No Sponsoring Required!
- Most positions cycle quickly!
- Compound your money at any time by rebuying!
- Advertise practically any program, product, or service.
- JSS-Warp is Indefinitely Sustainable!
Q. What makes JSS-Warp indefinitely sustainable?
A. The mechanism of periodically purging its uncycled positions and feeding them into JSS-Booster. Typically, programs similar to JSS-Warp fail because there's a gradual build-up of uncycled positions. This gradually increases the "cycling time" to the point that most members no longer buy new positions. Historically, all similar programs have failed.
Q. How can you be confident that JSS-Warp won't fail like all the other similar programs?
A. I (Frederick Mann) have identified the basic design flaw that causes these kinds of programs (doublers, cyclers, HYIPs, surf programs, revenue-share programs) to fail and I've eliminated it from JSS-Warp.
Because of the gradual build-up of uncycled positions in other programs, over time it takes longer and longer for members to earn and get paid. They get disappointed and disillusioned and leave the program. They then jump into the next "latest and greatest" new program... which within a few weeks or months slows down and stalls.
Because there's no ongoing build-up of uncycled positions in JSS-Warp, whenever you buy a new position in JSS-Warp, it's like joining the next "latest and greatest" new program... with the difference that JSS-Warp is indefinitely sustainable!
Q. How does JSS-Warp strengthen the JSS group of programs?
A. Many members want "instant gratification." JSS-Booster provides limited "instant gratification." JSS-Warp provides much more "instant gratification," because the lower earnings make it possible for a much higher percentage of positions to cycle quickly!
As other similar programs continue to slow down and fail, more and more people will tend to get into JSS-Warp because of reliable earnings and payouts, as well as longterm stability.
Q. When is the best time to JSS-Warp positions? Should I wait until just after the purge and feed into JSS-Booster?
A. The earliest positions tend to cycle the quickest, so the sooner you can buy is the best time?
Q. Can I buy multiple positions?
A. Yes, you can buy up to "100" positions per day. ("100" is a variable we can change from time to time.)
Q. Is JSS-Warp a first-in-first-out straight-line cycler?
A. It's partly straight-line and partly random. The earliest positions are favored, but any position can cycle at any time.
Q. Why doesn't JSS-Warp pay referral bonuses? How will I benefit if I sponsor people?
A. We don't pay referral bonuses in order to maximize member earnings. We want to provide as much "instant gratification" as possible.
Nevertheless, JSS-Warp sponsors benefit in five important ways:
- If you sponsor people, for every "three" positions bought by your referrals, one of your positions is cycled and pays out. This means you can guarantee your earnings in JSS-Warp by sponsoring people who buy positions! (The "three" is a variable parameter that can be changed.) As soon as your positions cycle, you can use the proceeds to buy more positions. You can "stay ahead of your referrals" (so to speak) by continuously buying positions for them to cause to cycle through their purchases! (To illustrate by example, if you buy 10 positions and your referrals buy a total of 30 positions, this makes all of your 10 positions cycle.)
- When JSS-Warp's uncycled positions are fed into JSS-Booster, sponsors earn the usual $5 on the first level and $2.50 on the second level, when these positions cycle.
- Some JSS-Warp positions bought by your referrals (and fed into JSS-Booster) are preferentially used to fill your matrixes in JSS-Booster.
- The above two benefits (#2 and #3) also apply when uncycled JSS-Booster positions are merged into JSS.
- The JSS-Warp positions bought by your referrals and referrals' referrals count toward the prizes awarded to top sponsors for each JSS-Booster launch.
When you sponsor people into JSS-Warp, their purchases make your own positions cycle. This is a "direct reward" for sponsoring. By sponsoring, you also help other positions cycle and you increase the overall success of the JSS programs, from which you benefit. This is an "indirect reward" for sponsoring.
The "five important ways" JSS-Warp sponsors benefit, listed above, "are direct rewards" for sponsoring. They can earn you a great deal of extra money!
Q. Can you guarantee that I'll make money with JSS-Warp?
A. The way JSS-Warp, JSS-Booster, and JSS are organized, you can guarantee that you make money!
In JSS-Warp, enough purchases by your referrals guarantee your JSS-Warp earnings!
If any of your positions don't cycle and pay in JSS-Warp or JSS-Booster, they end up in JSS. You can always fill the 2x2 matrixes of these positions by "sponsoring 2 who each sponsor 2," or by "sponsoring 6 yourself." JSS Admin guarantees that if you fill your matrix, you get paid.
Q. How often do you pay out withdrawals?
A. On a daily basis. We don't make you wait for your money. Initially, JSS-Warp uses AlertPay as a payment processor. Other payment processors may be added later.
Q. Can I lose money with JSS-Warp?
A. In the strictest sense, no. You buy advertising. Anything you earn is a rebate bonus.
Q. If I don't make money in a reasonable period, can I get a refund?
A. No. All advertising sales are final.
Q. Do I have to be a JBP member to participate in JSS-Warp?
A. Yes, you need to be a JBP member who has upgraded by paying $15. You also need to have at least one uncycled JSS position.
Q. Can some of my referrals' positions cycle before mine do?
A. Yes. This can happen because of a "random factor" in how the JSS-Warp script selects some positions for cycling.
Q. Will I have to do any "work" to get paid?
A. Yes. JSS-Warp is a traffic-exchange program. Website visiting requirement: maybe 25 sites per week; maybe 20-second timer.
Q. What websites do I see?
A. You see web pages other members are advertising.
Q. Why am I required to visit websites?
A. That's part of the "work" you do to get paid. When members buy AdPacks (positions) for $40 each, they pay for their advertisements (in the form of web pages or banners) to be seen. You do the "seeing."
Q. When a person buys an AdPack -- a form of advertising -- exactly what do they get for it?
A. We haven't finalized this yet. It will be a number of click link credits and banner credits. The AdPack also gets placed as a position in JSS-Warp, which pays $50 when cyled.
Q. If there's a website visiting requirement to be considered active. What is the ramification or consequence of a person being inactive?
A. In order to make a withdrawal, the member needs to complete the website visiting requirement for the current week. The account of a member, who needs to complete the website visiting requirement for the current week, operates as-if active, except for the withdrawal limitation.
Once the renewal system has been implemented, a member will need to have renewed his or her JBP account (when due) in order to make a withdrawal. The account of a member, who needs to make a renewal payment, operates as-if active, except for the withdrawal limitation.
Q. Why should I buy $40 positions in JSS-Warp that earn 25%, when I can buy $20 positions in JSS-Booster that earn 100% or more?
A. A much higher percentage of positions cycle and earn quickly in JSS-Warp compared to JSS-Booster. You can get "gratification" much more quickly in JSS-Warp than with JSS-Booster. In addition to quick earnings, the psychological and emotional benefits from some of your JSS-Warp positions cycling and paying quickly are most important!
Q. Can you provide me with a tutorial on how to succeed with JSS-Warp, JSS-Booster, and JSS?
A. Yes...

JSS-Warp, JSS-Booster, and JSS Moneymaking Tutorial
In your attempts to make money online so far, have you been operating as a winner or a loser?
If you've made no money, consider the possibility that your "win-lose switch" has been set at zero.
If overall you've lost money, consider the possibility that your "win-lose switch" has been set below zero, at a negative number.
No matter how good a program, if you habitually operate in "loser mode," you'll find ways to lose money with the program!
You may have to do some personal-development work to "move up your win-lose switch!" -- see under "Access Our Products" in your JBP member area: The Big Success Breakthrough (particularly the Addendum) -- you need to be an "upgraded JBP Level 1 member" to get access.
If you haven't yet done so, you need to upgrade to JBP Level 1 at a cost of $15. You also need to have at least one uncycled JSS position to participate in JSS-Warp.
Your next step is to buy some JSS-Warp positions. As soon as they cycle and pay, make one or more withdrawals so you know you get paid. Use some of your earnings to buy additional JSS-Warp positions.
Next, you promote JSS-Warp in discussion forums, safe lists, etc., mentioning that you've been paid. You can find details on how to do this in other JBP FAQs and Tutorials.
To win at making money online, you need advantages. You're competing with other people also trying to make money. If they promote and sponsor people but you don't, they have advantages over you -- their "win-lose switches" are set higher than yours.
If you decide to not promote and sponsor people, then you may have decided to set your "win-lose switch" very close to zero, and it may be very difficult for you to make significant money. You may need to go back and start at the beginning of this tutorial, to "get your head right" so you can make some money.
The single most important skill to make money online is to "send interested visitors to a website" -- this involves promoting. If you don't develop this skill -- or if you try, fail, and give up -- then you may be better off flipping burgers or driving a delivery truck.
Q. Are you saying that if I'm not promoting and sponsoring people, there's something wrong with me?
A. You can think in terms of your "success threshold." To make money online, you need to operate above your success threshold. If so far you've had little or no success in your attempts to make money online, then you've been operating below your success threshold.
You can also think of your success threshold as the setting of your "win-lose switch." Have you effectively decided to set your "win-lose switch" to zero or below? Have you effectively decided to operate below your success threshold? Have you effectively decided to operate as a loser and a failure?
Key question: "If I'm currently operating below my success threshold, what can I do to rise above my success threshold?"
You can also think of your success threshold as your "success tipping point." If you operate below your success tipping point, you're on a road to failure. If you operate above your success tipping point, you're on a road to success.
If applicable -- which is the case for everyone who has tried to make money online without success -- the big challenge is to persuade you to take the necessary steps to shift from below your success tipping point to above your success tipping point.
It may be possible for you (if applicable) -- by watching the videos on the left -- to at least begin your shift from below your success threshold or success tipping point to above your success threshold or success tipping point.
My late father operated well below his success threshold in several areas of his life. He also had an over-inflated ego who "thought" highly of himself and regarded himself as a "superior person"...
I'm pretty sure that if anyone had said to my father, however tactfully, "Look, in this area of your life you seem to operate below your success threshold; here's a book to help you become more successful," he would have regarded it as an "insult to his superiority!"
For more on Denial of Failure, see under "Access Our Products" in your JBP member area: The Big Success Breakthrough (particularly the Addendum) -- you need to be an "upgraded JBP1 member" to get access.Notes on the Videos
Suppose you give your 8-year old child a bicycle for his birthday. He makes three or four attempts to ride the bicycle, then says, "This is too difficult. I give up. This bicycle doesn't work. There's something wrong with it. Please give me another present." What would you think and/or say?
See Basic Success Technique #16: Kurt Wright's "What's Right Questions!"
The "Market-to-Yourself" principle is extremely important, powerful, and profitable. If you have joined JSS-Warp, or are interested in doing so, it's because of your own special set of interests, desires, and expectations. Special as they are, there are most likely several million people -- possibly tens of millions -- whose own special sets of interests, desires, and expectations overlap yours sufficiently, so that if you present JSS-Warp to them, many of them will be eager to join JSS-Warp. You can find these "hot prospects" in discussion forums, on safelists, and on social-media sites like FaceBook, Twitter, MySpace, etc.
Regarding the supposed "law of attraction," see Basic Success Technique #41: Get the "Law of Attraction" Working for You!
If you're not as successful as you'd like to be, a major cause of your "relative unsuccess" may be that you have some ancient software in your brain that you need to upgrade. Once you've opened a free JustBeenPaid! account, click on "Access Our Products" and "Upgrade Your Brain" in your JBP member area.
For a "Mini-BeliefBusters Course," see under "Access Our Products" in your JBP member area: The Big Success Breakthrough -- Addendum -- you need to be an "upgraded JBP Level 1 member" to get access.
Buying JSS-Booster Positions
This is one of the most ingenious moneymaking opportunities ever invented!
Next you may want to consider when is the best time to buy JSS-Booster positions. Check out the "JSS-Booster Launch Details" on the "Access JSS Member Area" page. When will you enjoy the biggest advantage? The sooner you buy, just after the launch starts, the better the chances that you'll cycle and quickly double your money.
The second phase of a JSS-Booster launch is the "$60 phase" -- when cycled positions triple your money. About 5 minutes after the "$60 phase" begins, the feed of uncycled JSS-Warp positions into JSS-Booster starts. This can greatly increase the chances that the early positions bought during the "$60 phase" will cycle and pay.
The big potential benefit of this arrangement is that you get the opportunity to double your money -- and then to triple it -- a sixfold increase!
During the third and fourth phases of a JSS-Booster launch, you get the opportunity to quadruple and quintuple your money and to get some free "placements." Some positions bought during these phases actually cycle and produce fourfold and fivefold multiplications of your money!
See also "Suggested Strategy" on the "Access JSS Member Area" page.
The basic way to make money with JSS is to sponsor people, buy placements, and upgrade the placements to "expedited" or "premium" -- see JSS FAQ.
