If you have a problem using this website and need help, follow these steps:

If after doing the above you still cannot resolve your problem/issue, click here to submit a Help Desk Request ---> Help Request

Please provide the following information when submitting a help desk request:
  1. Member ID
  2. Contact email address (email associated with your account)
  3. Funding issue: provide the reference, transaction or batch number from the payment processor, copy and paste the receipt in your response.
  4. Withdrawals: provide the payment processor name and ID, invoice number of the missing withdrawal, amount and date paid.
  5. Please save help@justbeenpaid.com and no-reply@justbeenpaid.com to your email contacts. If you don't find our emails in your inbox, please be sure to check your spam folder.
  6. Please respond to the original ticket. Submitting more than one ticket for the same issue will cause your ticket to be moved to the end of the line. Please only submit one ticket per issue.
